Strengthening citizen participation in community life,

which aims at the positive and effective participation of citizens and their action groups through personal engagement for a better economic, political, social and cultural development of their community, this commitment is a fundamental pillar for good governance and participatory democracy for sustainable peace in Rwanda. A particular focus is on strengthening citizen participation in determining and monitoring the implementation and the process of decision making at the local level to reduce the tendency of silencing the population towards political decisions.
